Hi, this is very pretty bracelet! I just luv it!

Is there anyway you could tell me what size (I ordered some aluminum rings and they were 1 ) are the aluminum rings? My cousin really wants me to teach her how to make these bracelets. Is there a special video you watched to learn how to make these bracelets? Sorry for all the questions.
